To do this, a continuing education department, SmartMill Academy, has been created. We are therefore looking for a Director to participate in the development of this aspect of the company and ensure a unique and pleasant customer experience. The Director of SmartMill Academy will, through her organizational and planning skills, establish an operating budget and manage training schedules according to the availability of trainers. Through her jovial personality, the Director of SmartMill Academy will know how to communicate pleasantly in French and English, and establish harmonious relations with the professors invited to provide training and with the clientele. The Director of SmartMill Academy will supervise the marketing actions of the brand and ongoing training for its customers. The Director of SmartMill Academy may represent the company at various commercial events such as exhibitions, conventions and seminars. The main workplace is our awesome new building which includes a dedicated multimedia training room. Located in the new Data Park in the City of Levis, our work environment is incomparable and intended for the well-being of all our employees. The work schedule is flexible to allow for work-life balance and is 40 hours per week. Insurance, a pension fund, and 12 annual leave are provided in addition to the allocated vacation. The salary is more than competitive.
